ARCHIVED - More forest fires in Andalusia destroy 1,000 hectares in four days
Both fires have been declared stabilised thanks to Andalucía firefighters
Following several forest fires over the weekend in Andalusia, two more large blazes have broken out in Sevilla and Córdoba over the past few days, as well as several smaller fires in the region.
The emergency service workers from Plan INFOCA, worked non-stop for four days to extinguish a fire in the municipality of Cabra, Córdoba, which burnt through 100 hectares of land.

The forest fires detected between July 23 and July 26 burnt through 1,000 hectares of land across different provinces and, with the temperatures in Andalucía showing no signs of decreasing, it looks like firefighters in the region will have no shortage of blazes to deal with.
