ARCHIVED - 69-year-old drowns in Albox swimming pool

A relative found the man, who had fallen into a pool on a private property in the town of Albox in Almeria (Andalusia).

A 69-year-old man sadly died at the weekend after falling into a swimming pool in Almeria. 

A relative called emergency services to ask for help after finding that the man had fallen into the swimming pool, 112 Emergency Services reported.

Guardia Civil, Albox Local Police and ambulance teams were sent to the property and rescued the victim from the water but were unfortunately unable to resuscitate him, the Local Police confirmed.
