A windy weekend before rain next week: Andalusia weather forecast March 21-24
It will be fairly dry and bright this weekend, if quite blustery on the coast, but the start of next week will be very wet
Andalucía weather warnings, Thursday March 21
It will be very windy on the coast of Andalucía this weekend, with much of the coastline under yellow and orange weather warnings from the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) this Thursday March 21 and Friday 22.
Windspeeds of 50-60kmh (gale force 7) are expected from Cádiz to Málaga, while in Granada and Almería it will be even windier, with speeds of up to 75kmh (force 8) and waves that could reach 3-4 metres high.
Thursday will also bring stormy episodes to parts of Cádiz, but for the most part both Thursday and Friday will be sunny across the entire region, if somewhat cloudy.
Andalucía weather forecast, Friday March 22
Saturday March 23 and Sunday 24 will both be quite dry and bright, too, with the exception of some rain and storms in inland Almería, Granada and Jaén later in the day, while the wind should slowly begin to ease off.

As of Monday, though, that all changes and we can expect widespread rain for the start of Easter week, with temperatures dropping by as much as 10ºC overnight!
