Bus times and prices to the beaches of Cabo de Gata, Almeria this summer
These are the bus timetables for public transport to the Almeria beaches all this summer

From July 1, the public bus service to the beaches of the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park, managed by the Metropolitan Transport Consortium of the Almería Area, will be open.
The aim of the service is to provide a quick and cheap way to get to the beaches of the Natural Park and to promote sustainable public transport.
The buses will be assigned to the metropolitan line M-212 Almería-San José, under control of the bus company Autocares Bernardo.
These are the timetables and ticket costs for buses to the Cabo de Gata beaches for summer 2022.
Bus times
The shuttles to the beaches will run from July 1 until September 11, 2022.
The buses will depart from the bus stop in the centre of San José, Níjar, starting at 10.30am and running every hour until 7.30pm. The buses will stop at:
- Campillo del Genovés, in the west of San José
- Playa de Genoveses (with a pick up and drop off at the intersection of the car park and the Fabrica)
- Playas del Barronal
- Playa de Mónsul
- Medio Luna
- Cala Carbón
The return buses from the beaches will start at 12 noon and run every hour on the hour until 8pm.
It’s also possible to get a connecting bus from Almeria Intermodal Bus Station in the centre of Almeria city.

You can also buy a ticket to transfer between beaches for 2 euros.
Tickets can be purchased online at www.autocaresbernardo.com up to the day before you travel.
With an Almeria ‘Consorcio’ metropolitan travel card you can get up to 30% off, and further discounts are available for people who have an Andalucía young person’s card or a registered ‘Familia Numerosa’ book for having three or more children.
