Regional High Court approves measure to require customers to show a Covid certificate to enter hospitality establishments until January 15
The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA), based in Granada, has agreed this Friday December 17 to ratify the order regarding the Covid certificate or diagnostic test for access to get into hospitality, leisure and recreation establishments.

While the Court rejected the original proposal earlier this week because it applied to workers and not just customers, it has approved the second iteration of the order from Junta de Andalucía.
It considers that the measure proposed by the Junta meets the requirements of proportionality, necessity and suitability.
The measure will require patrons to show a Covid pass in order to enter the inside of restaurants and bars in Andalucía, and will be in force at least until January 15 2022.
