December 1 Christmas treats take centre stage at the El Zacatin arts and crafts market in Bullas

The December artisan market in Bullas features traditional cheeses prepared by local experts

Bullas is hosting its monthly El Zacatín artisan market on Sunday December 1 between 9.00 and 14.00 in the squares around the Plaza Vieja and Plaza del Castillo, along Calle San Antón, this time featuring a chance to taste the traditional Christmas sweet treats as prepared by local artisans.

In addition there will be fun and games for children, face painting and other events during the morning, including traditional live music and opportunities to sample the local DOP Bullas wines.

This is the oldest regular artisan market in the Region of Murcia and always offers a wide range of traditional artisan crafts and gastronomic goodies. There is plenty of parking in the streets nearby and the market is easy to find, the main route off the motorway running straight to the central plaza.
