ARCHIVED - Dry conditions continue as temperatures soar: Andalucia weather forecast March 27-April 2
Highs of up to 31ºC are expected in Seville, but overall it will be a pleasant sort of warmth this week
Maximum temperatures in Andalucia, Tuesday March 28
The weather in Andalucia this week will be settled and stable, with an unbroken spell of sunshine and scattered cloud cover throughout the entire autonomous community all week long and no rain forecast even as we move into April.
The temperatures will be more or less the same throughout the whole week with no major changes predicted – minimums at night-time of 9-13ºC, and slightly lower in Granada’s Sierra Nevada mountains; maximums during the hottest part of the day (around 5pm) of 24-26ºC in the inland areas, 20-23ºC along the coast, and up to 30-31ºC in Seville capital, the steamiest area of the region.
Predictably, there will be easterly winds along the coastline of Cadiz, Almeria and the Costa del Sol, reaching over 30kmh in places on Tuesday March 28, and it will be especially strong around the Strait of Gibraltar on Tuesday and Wednesday. But for the most part it will not be excessively windy.
Despite the unusually warm weather for this time of year, Andalucia will actually not be the hottest place in Spain this week, with temperatures of up to 34ºC forecast in the neighbouring Region of Murcia.

- Wednesday March 29: Min 9ºC; Max 31ºC
- Thursday March 30: Min 8ºC; Max 30ºC
- Friday March 31: Min 8ºC; Max 30ºC
- Saturday April 1: Min 8ºC; Max 29ºC
- Sunday April 2: Min 8ºC; Max 30ºC
