ARCHIVED - Free guided nature hikes in Marbella this Autumn
Anyone is welcome to sign up to the guided walks through some of Andalucía’s beautiful natural areas
The Town Hall in Marbella, Málaga, are offering five free guided routes through the municipality’s natural areas between October 3 and December 12.
All routes are free and nature-lovers can sign up on the Marbella Town Hall website or by sending an email to medioambiente@marbella.com. The inscription period opens the Monday prior to each route.
Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult and the organisers ask that participants sign up to the route which suits their physical condition, as some of the hikes are quite long and may not be suitable for everyone.
The first of the hiking tours took place on Sunday October 3 and the rest of the programme is as follows:
- October 24: Nagüeles-Mina de Buenavista-Los Monjes-Nagüeles, circular route with a total length of 8 km and a duration of five hours. Medium difficulty.
- November 14: Vereda del Faro, circular route with a total length of 8,3km and a duration of five hours. Medium difficulty.
- November 28: Los Tres Valles, circular route with a total length of 8.5 km and a duration of six hours. Medium-high difficulty.
- December 12: ascent up and down La Concha, with a total length of 14 km and a duration of eight hours. Medium-high difficulty.
