ARCHIVED - Showers and cloudy skies ahead in Andalusia: October 13
Light rainfall is likely across Andalucía until the weekend when temperatures will hit 30 degrees Celsius
The State Meteorological Agency, Aemet, has forecast a significant shift in weather conditions at the weekend, following several days of occasional showers and cloudy skies.
Much of Andalucía can expect isolated showers for the remainder of Wednesday October 13, and into Thursday and Friday, with low cloud intervals and mist on the coast.
Isolated and occasional showers are not ruled out in the far east of the region, with mist and fog likely in the Guadalquivir valley.
Whilst temperatures are not expected to change drastically, winds from the east on the Mediterranean coast and the Strait of Gibraltar are expected, and lighter winds elsewhere in Andalucía.
Looking ahead to the weekend, the clouds and rain are expected to disappear and temperatures will reach around 30 degrees Celsius across almost all of Andalucía.
