ARCHIVED - Showers midweek make way for a sunny weekend: Andalusia weather forecast May 30-June 5
There will be scattered rainfall and clouds throughout most of the region this week, but temperatures will stay in the mid-30s
Weather in Andalucía, Monday May 30
While the weather will still be hot in Andalucía this week, there will be scattered showers in various parts of the autonomous community on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. The rain starts on Monday morning, May 30, in Cadiz, while dark clouds cover the rest of the western part of the region.
These clouds will clear, leaving a sunny afternoon with some scattered clouds for the whole region, which will be much the same case on Tuesday 31. On the first day of the new month, however, Wednesday June 1, there will be showers all day in the western province of Huelva and then some light rain in Granada and Almeria in the east on Thursday night and Friday afternoon.
By Saturday June 4 and Sunday 5, though, all the rain will have disappeared and it will be a bright, sunny weekend for the whole of Andalucía.
Weather in Andalucía, Saturday June 4
Regardless of the passing rainclouds, maximum temperatures will be in the mid-30s all week long and wind speeds will not surpass 15km/h in most places for the whole week, meaning that even when it rains it won’t feel cold.
The warmest place will be in Almeria, where temperatures will reach up to 35ºC on Thursday, while Huelva on the other side will be the chilliest place in Andalucía, with lows of 9ºC at night.

- Tuesday May 31: Min 10ºC; Max 32ºC
- Wednesday June 1: Min 11ºC; Max 34ºC

- Saturday June 4: Min 9ºC; Max 33ºC
- Sunday June 5: Min 9ºC; Max 34ºC
