ARCHIVED - Temperature drops 10 degrees in 30 minutes in Malaga
The weather has cooled noticeably in Andalusia, but it is still hot

After the incredible heat of up to 45ºC and even more in some places this Monday, temperatures have plummeted.
In one weather station in Málaga-Puerto, thermometers registered a drop of 10ºC in just 30 minutes on Tuesday July 26, between 10.10 and 10.40.
The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) is putting the sudden cooling down to a front of easterly Levante wind.
However, the weather can change just as quickly and an opposing ‘Terral’ wind could bring temperatures back up again.
The hottest place in Spain was officially Estepona yesterday, where temperatures maxed out at 43ºC, followed by 42.5ºC in Coín, both in Malaga province.
