What the will weather be like in Andalusia this weekend: Forecast November 7-10
Here is the weekend weather forecast for the south of mainland Spain this Remembrance Day weekend
Cape Trafalgar, Cádiz
There will be scattered showers in parts of southern Spain’s autonomous community of Andalucía this weekend, and some strong winds along the coast, but most people – especially those living in inland areas – will have a dry and sunny end to the week.
For Thursday November 7, the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has put the coast of Cádiz and the area of Gibraltar on yellow alert for strong winds of 30-40kmh, with occasional gusts of up to 60kmh.

As well as strong winds, there could be some rain and dark clouds in this area and along the coast towards Málaga too, although these are the same places where temperatures will actually go up. The rest of the region will be dry and sunny.

On Friday 8, it will be “cloudy or very cloudy” according to Aemet, with plenty of fog around inland Málaga and Córdoba, plus some “weak and occasional rainfall” on the Mediterranean coast and, at the end of the day, in the far west around Huelva. The wind will be “light to moderate” but once again strong in the Strait of Gibraltar.

Saturday morning, November 9, dawns cloudy but it will brighten up towards the afternoon, with temperatures continuing to rise, or at least not falling, and the wind will to be as strong on the Cádiz coast any more.

There could be some more showers on the coast of Granada on Sunday 10, but mostly it will be fine and clear, with gentle breezes and a little light cloud cover.

Looking ahead to next week, these bright and sunny conditions should continue, with only the occasional chance of showers in selected parts.
