Andalusia welcomes scattered showers: Weather forecast September 4-10
It is due to rain on and off all week long in almost every part of Andalusia this week

Following the extremely destructive DANA storm that flooded parts of Spain this weekend, the mainland’s southernmost autonomous community, Andalucía, will continue to receive some much-needed rainfall, though it should come in the form of gentle, scattered showers.
This summer has been incredibly dry in southern Spain and reservoirs were at worryingly low levels, meaning many towns in the Costa del Sol and other coastal resorts still have their water supplies periodically shut off to save water.
The rains this week, then, will come as a sort of blessing from the sky, as there will be light rains coming and going across every province in the autonomous community at some point during the week.
On Monday September 4, Jaén and Granada in the east and Seville and Huelva in the west will get the rain, while everywhere else will be sunny and a bit cloudy.

Tuesday 5 will be mainly dry and sunny, with the exception of some localised rain in the far west of Andalucía, near the border with Portugal, while Wednesday 6 will be the driest day of the week with barely a drop of rain – maybe just a brief shower in the far east of Almería.
The morning of Thursday 7 will bring dark clouds to much of the region, but it will only be Marbella and Malaga on the Costa del Sol that get rain.

Over the weekend, Jaén, Granada, Huelva and Seville will all get more rain, but at the same time it will be bright with scattered clouds across the board.
The current forecast is for stronger rain and even thunderstorms on Sunday 10, but Cádiz and Córdoba should be left unaffected. Temperatures in Andalucía will remain fairly stable across the whole week, with minimums at night-time staying around the 14-17ºC-mark and daytime maximums reaching up into the highs 20s and low 30s, and even as much as 34ºC in Córdoba.
