IBI Invoices for 2024 now available for properties Mazarron municipality including Camposol
Property Tax Invoices can now be viewed or downloaded on Regional Government website
Invoices for Property Tax, known in Spain as Impuesto de Bienes Inmuebles (IBI), are now available to view and/or download on the Regional Government (CARM) website on this link agencia tributaria.
Once on the page, leave the “Tributo” box as IBI URBANO, also leave the “Año” box as 2024 although invoices for 2021/2022/2023 can be retrieved using the dropdown, and in the “Población” box use the dropdown and select MAZARRON. Leave the ANUAL box as is, enter the owners NIE/DNI in the “NIF” box and enter your 8-digit Nº Fijo del recibo number in the last box: this can be taken from previous invoices or possibly on your bank statement against the previous year’s payment.
Click on “ENVIAR” and your IBI invoice for 2024 will appear. This can be downloaded or printed. The amount due may be the same as 2023, and payment for 2024 is due on or before November 5 2024.
As Mazarrón Town Hall has delegated tax collection to the Murcia Region Tax Agency, payment can be made with any credit or debit card issued by Visa or Mastercard or through the BIZUM application, in both cases via Internet. To make the payment through these means, it is not necessary to identify yourself electronically or have any electronic signature system.
To pay using the online payment system by Visa or Mastercard click on the link “Pasarela de pagos”, the N28 number will be required which can be found on the invoice in the “NÚMERO DE SERIE (N28)” box near the top right side. When entering the number there is an auto space facility so do not add spaces, also when entering the amount payable use a coma not a decimal point,
Payment can also be made by presenting the payment document at collaborating banks BBVA, Caixabank, Cajamar, Caja Rural Central, Caja Rural San Agustín, Targobank, Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander and Bankinter or by using applicable ATM machines. For more information about the available payment methods, you can visit their website or use freephone number 900 878830.
Mazarrón is also one of the municipalities where payment can be arranged in 12 monthly instalments by visiting the Tax Office (Oficina de Agencia Tributaria) at Calle Del Pino, 5 Mazarrón 30870 or following the instructions on this link Agencia Tributaria de la Región de Murcia
