January 25 Guided visit to the El Milano prehistoric rock art site in Mula
El Milano also contains a Stone Age burial ground
The prehistoric site and rock of art of El Milano constitute one of the most important ancient historical locations of the many in Mula, and was discovered in 1985, It consists of two rock shelters within which prehistoric rock art has been found, as well as a spectacular Stone Age burial site dating from over 5,000 years ago.
This visit on 25th January begins at 11.00 at the bus stop in the village of El Niño de Mula, and participants will need to make their own way there. The site itself cannot be accessed by those of limited mobility.
Online registration for the tour is available online here at 4 euros (2 euros for pensioners, large families and the unemployed, free for under-12s).
