June 4 Bryan Adams live in concert in Alicante
One of the best-selling singers of all time performs at the Área 12 venue in Alicante
Although he is now in his late 60s, the career of Canadian singer Bryan Adams shows no sign of letting up just yet and is latest “Roll with the Punches” tour sees him returning to south-east Spain with a total of 100 million album and singles sales already behind him.
Among his greatest successes so far have been a dozen top-15 hits in both the USA and the UK, including the classics “Everything I do” (one of the best-selling singles of all time, selling more than 15 million copies worldwide), “All for Love”, “Please Forgive Me”, "Straight From the Heart" and “Have you ever Really Loved a Woman”.
Among his many accolades, Bryan Adamas has won a Granny, been nominated for five Golden Globe Awards and three Academy Awards and been inducted into the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Canada's Walk of Fame, the Canadian Broadcast Hall of Fame. He is also well-known for his humanitarian work and his support of numerous causes, including animal rights and campaigning for free speech while attempting to raise awareness of how to combat climate change.
His concert on 4th June at Área 12 in Alicante (click for map) begins at 21.30 (although the gates of the venue open two hours beforehand) and tickets priced at between 70 and 88 euros are available online here.
