Launch of brand-new FREE newspaper on the Costa Blanca today: Pick up your copy of the Costa Weekly News here!

There is a brand-new English-language weekly print newspaper that has just launched to serve the Costa Blanca, the Costa Weekly News, and it is available to pick up and read – free of charge – from establishments up and down the coastline of Alicante province.

The Costa Weekly News covers news, sports, travel and entertainment topics relevant to expats and foreigners in the southeast of Spain, as well as health, beauty, motoring and more. It also has recipes, horoscopes, a puzzles section and a handy pull-out TV guide.

Starting from this Tuesday February 3, the paper is due to be published every Tuesday and initially covering the southern Costa Blanca area.

It is distributed from La Marina down to Mil Palmeras and Campoverde, including Guardamar del Segura, Torrevieja, Villamartín, La Zenia and Cabo Roig, and can be picked up from local establishments including the Patagonia Steakhouse in Guardamar, The Emerald Isle bar and restaurant in Orihuela Costa, the Town Hall building in Playa Flamenca, Iceland in Campoverde and loads more. Look out for your copy this week!

The Costa Weekly News is part of the media group Spain Today Online S.L, which also owns the monthly print publication Home & Living Magazine, which is distributed from Alicante all the way down to Mojácar, and the radio station TKO, broadcasting on 91.9FM on the Costa Blanca and on 106.5FM along Murcia’s Costa Cálida.
