May 23 Los Alcázares pre-summer carnaval gala
A new troupe named Usambara erupts onto the Carnival scene for the summer festivities in July
The scale of the Carnival celebrations in Los Alcázares, without matching those in nearby Santiago de la Ribera, continues to increase, and on Saturday 23rd May a brand new troupe joins the fray with an inaugural gala at the Pabellón 13 de Octubre on Avenida Joaquín Blume.
The gala will be supporting local talent and other troupes are invited to join in the fun, with prize draws for all those attending. The event begins at 17.00, a perfect way to whet your appetite for the summer Carnival itself on the streets of Los Narejos on 12th July!
