Tom Jones returns to Spain with two summer concert dates
The Welsh heartthrob will perform live in Alicante and Cádiz this summer
Two years after taking Spain by storm, legendary Welsh crooner Tom Jones has just released the dates for his international Defy Explanation Tour 2025, with performances scheduled in Alicante and Cádiz.
The tour will make its way to Chiclana de la Frontera in Cádiz on August 11, followed by a show-stopping concert at the iconic Alicante Bullring on August 13.
With a career spanning more than six decades, Tom Jones has managed to reinvent himself time and again without ever losing the appeal that catapulted him to stardom. His timeless classics, such as ‘It's Not Unusual’, ‘Sex Bomb’ and ‘Delilah’ continue to mesmerise audiences, as evident from his packed Alicante concert in August 2023.
The Defy Explanation Tour 2025 promises to be an unforgettable experience, featuring a mix of Jones' beloved hits and more recent songs. This international tour will visit numerous venues, with Alicante solidifying its position as a key stop in Spain.
At 84 years young, Tom Jones' vocal power and charisma remain unmatched and this tour is a celebration of his remarkable talent.
Before arriving in Spain, Jones will embark on a North American leg, performing in venues in Niagara Falls, Nashville, Daytona Beach, New Orleans and Las Vegas from mid-April to late May.
He will then travel over to Europe, with stops planned in Greece, Croatia, Romania, Hungary and Norway, starting on June 21. The UK tour will follow in July and August, with the Spanish dates perfectly positioned within his schedule.
Tickets for the North American leg went on sale on January 31 and tickets for the Spanish dates are expected soon through iboleleproducciones.com and Tomjones.com.
