The boss of the ‘MC Comanches’ motorcycle gang was arrested in Benalmádena for attempted murder
In a joint operation with the German and Romanian authorities, the Spanish National Police have arrested the official leader of the Spanish contingent of the notorious ‘MC Comanches’ motorcycle gang in the Málaga town of Benalmádena.
The suspect, who is also understood to be one of the bosses of the ‘Hells Angels’ bikers, had a European Arrest Warrant issued for attempted murder and was considered a “value target” by Europol.
The investigation began while the agents were investigating the involvement of the MC Comanches motorcycle gang in the transport of narcotic substances by road from Spain to central and northern Europe.

At the end of 2023, the National Police arrested one of the leaders of the MC Comanches in Marbella who was wanted by the German police, but it later transpired that he had handed over control of the drug trafficking operations to the latest detainee.
He was eventually traced to a lavish villa in Benalmádena, from where, according to the investigators, he allegedly coordinated the transportation and distribution of narcotic substances to Europe using vans.
Since the suspect was considered to be highly dangerous, agents from the Special Security Operational Groups were called in to make the arrest. During a search of his property and a car rental company he owns, officers found a firearm, 32 cartridges, an axe, a machete, several mobile phones, computer equipment and various false documentation.
In addition to the attempted murder charge in Romania, the gang leader also stands accused of illegal weapon possession and the falsification of documents.
