And we're not talking just a light dusting - Burgos has seen some significant snowfalls in the past, including a notable 70-centimete blanket of snow in certain parts of the city centre back in 2004.
Just imagine strolling through the streets, snowshoes or skis in hand, to pick up a fresh loaf of bread from the local bakery!
