3.5 magnitude earthquake in Granada
An earthquake of magnitude 3.5 was recorded in the province of Granada
On Tuesday night, December 13, there was an earthquake in the province of Granada measuring 3.5 on the Richter scale.
The quake’s epicentre was registered in the town of Jayena, in the region of Alhama, at a depth of 63 kilometres.
The earthquake was recorded at 1.43am, according to Spain’s National Geographic Institute (Instituto Geográfico Nacional or IGN).
The 112 emergency service said that there is no evidence of damage to homes and no calls have been received from alerts for any event related to this seismic movement.
